All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Submitting an order form does not guarantee fulfillment. We will contact you to confirm your order and arrange payment and pickup details.

We require a minimum of 72 hours advance notice for standard orders and 5 days advance notice for catering requests. Orders submitted with insufficient lead time may not be accommodated.

Prices listed on the site are subject to change. The price confirmed at order confirmation is the final price.

You may cancel your order free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order total, as ingredients and labor will already have been committed.

For catering orders, cancellation must be made at least 72 hours before the event date to avoid fees.

Because our products are perishable, handmade food items, we generally do not offer refunds after pickup. However:

• If there is a quality issue with your order (e.g., incorrect items, allergen mislabeling, or product defects), contact us within 24 hours of pickup and we will make it right, either with a replacement or a full refund.
• If we are unable to fulfill your order due to our own error or circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
• Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at pickup.

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, tree nuts, and peanuts. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergen cross-contact.

Customers with severe food allergies should contact us before ordering to discuss their needs. Sugar Ghoul is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergen information provided by the customer.
